Air Dry and Baking Systems
To bake or not to bake, that is the question! We can formulate to suit your application system, or recommend the best fit for the performance goal of your coating. With three generations of coatings experience we know which system is optimal for each application.
Air dry finishes are those that cure or dry at room temperature. The main categories of air-dry finishes are varnishes, paints, enamels, lacquers, acrylics, vinyls, epoxies, and polyurethanes.
Baking systems are cured with heat or thermoset. The categories consist of a baking enamels, phenolics, baking epoxies, acrylics, and miscellaneous types of coatings.
